WHERE IS THE IMPORT HOUSE BASED?

Our main office is in central Bristol, and we have growing outposts in San Francisco, China and India. All of our clients are welcome to visit our offices. You can find the details on our contact page.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU SAY?

That’s easy – speak to our varied range of clients, they will be happy to answer your questions. You can also get in touch with our team; we can fully explain the process and put your mind at ease. Get in touch today.

WHAT’S TO STOP YOU SELLING OUR PRODUCT TO OTHER COMPANIES?

There are two reasons why we would never do that:

1. We exist to make our clients successful; if our clients are successful than so are we. We wouldn’t do anything to risk that trust.

2. This is written in our Terms and Conditions, and we also provide non-circumvention and confidentiality agreements on request.

If you would like a copy of our terms and conditions please get in touch.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

This depends entirely on your knowledge of the product and how quickly you are prepared to move. Sourcing typically takes a few weeks. We always move as quickly as we can without compromising on quality, we understand that changing suppliers can be a stressful process and try to make the transition process as smooth as possible.

CAN I SEE SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING?

Yes of course - in fact, we insist that you do. We want your business to succeed; our customers’ success is core to our business. We want you to be 100% happy with the samples before placing the order as it is much easier to make corrections at this stage in the process.

HOW DO I KNOW MY MONEY IS SAFE WITH YOU?

We are currently the only import management company FCA regulated for handling client funds.

ARE YOU ESSENTIALLY A MIDDLE-MAN?

No. A middle-man would increase the cost of the imported goods, but we are a service provider. Through our buying power, we increase your potential profits, not reduce them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE AND THEY ARE FAULTY?

Avoiding faulty products is our main focus in the production stage. We conduct pre-production and post-production inspections, with post-production samples being sent to the UK for verification. These steps are key to avoid problematic situations. Your client manager will be with you in person for the arrival of your container, so if there are any issues they can quickly mediate with the supplier and come to a mutually acceptable solution for you.

I ALREADY DO THIS MYSELF, HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ADD VALUE?

We save you the time by taking on the entire workload, we offer significant savings on Freight and the Products through our buying power, and every client manager is backed up by an office of specialised experts in the different fields of international trade.

ARE YOU TRULY A GLOBAL COMPANY?

Yes we are. We have a physical presence in the UK, China, India and the USA. We are primarily established in the UK, our centre of operations, and we have our own warehousing and fulfilment centre in San Francisco.

WILL I ENJOY WORKING WITH THE IMPORT HOUSE?

Yes, our people are accomplished professionals who can guide you through the import process during the day and the karaoke bars of Shanghai on a supplier visit by night! This is paramount to us as we enjoy our relationships with our clients.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Yes we are. We fully audit our suppliers to ensure they are compliant with our environmental policies, such as being certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC).
